I want to swap my spoke wheels on my '07 Street Bob for some Super Glide type aluminum mags. Does anyone know what year range of wheels would be a direct fit, and are the sportster wheels different than the dyna? I welcome any advice.

 

That was one of the first changes that I made to my SB.

Cast wheels from an '06 or '07 will definitely bolt right on, including the spacers.
The SB spoke wheel rear pulley and rotor can be reused on the mags.
The front wheel will need a different rotor than what comes on the SB spoke wheel.

The '08's have 25mm hollow axles and may require installing 1" wheel bearings for the '07 solid axles.

That does help. I've been looking at wheels and the earlier wheels ( 00-05) are cheaper and easier to find, so I'm hoping they might fit and leave me some more options. Thanks for the info.
