Default Laced wheel balance

Is it a must to balance the wheels when changing tires on laced wheels? Thanks Dan

I just had new tires put on at the stealership and they said its needed, they also said they put the rim up to check to see if its still true and not out of round from loose spokes. My rkclassic 2006 had 10,508 miles on it when tires were replaced(last month). Proably could have got another 5k out of the front, but since the tires were given to me as a gift i did front and rear

I just line the side wall dot on the tire up with the valve stem and go. I've never had a vibrator in nearly 20 years of hand mounting my tires. If I do, I'll get it balanced. No big deal.
