I've pressed my new wheel bearings into my new wheels but I have noticed that the internal bearing spacer has about 1/32 to 1/16 end play. Is there a service limit on this. The rear space has no play at all. I havent tried to increase the pressure yet since I dont want to force anything, and I think that the bearings are seated. All parts are new stock HD.

Should be 0 clearance or you will damage the bearings when the axel is tightened up. Bearing(s) must not be seated to the bottom. Obviously you don't want to push on the centers to accomplish this.

yup, there should be no gap there. If you tighten your axle, it will cause the bearings to seize up and will eventually burn up. Check your bearings again to make sure they are all the way seated in the pocket. good luck
