Fits '94-later FLHR models (except FLHRSEI or FLHRS) with H-D® Mini Tach Kit (Mini Tach sold seperately). Also fits '86-later FL Softail® models equipped with Chrome Headlight Nacelle P/N 67907-96B. (Does not fit with Fat Handlebars and Beach Bars.)

From the look of the part number you provided - it LOOKS like it will work as long as you are using the stock risers & clamp. If use of the bars requires you to use a different handlebar clamp, then the tach mount most likey will not fit (without modification).
Typically, the angled bracket that holds the tach itself is just a metal plate with a hole for the tach, and two holes that go thru the top clamp. What that means for you is - even if the bracket does not fit directly, you can go to a machine shop and have something fabricated VERY easily that will fit your application. You can then have it chromed, powder coated or just put a couple of good coats of flat black on it. THen you can say you have 'one-off' custom parts.
