Default Threadlock on Riser and Clamp Bolts?

Got new chrome risers with top clamp for the bars. But no mention is made in the installation instructions about use of threadlock on either the riser bolts (thru the top tree) or on the four clamp bolts. Although once installed, I don't expect to remove them, still it seems reasonable that blue threadlock should be used. If anyone has experience with installation of new risers, please let me know.
