Ultima shocks: anybody riding on them?

The Penske shocks are $420 each, the site reminds you of that at every chance if you read the whole thing. I want to replace my shocks on my 07 Ultra and am looking at Prog 416"s, I just cant fathom $420 each when prog 416's I have found for $350 for the pair. Anything has to be better than the OEM air shocks.
