I just got my Custom 1999 Road King and it has a weird wobble at about 45 mph. What could it be and how do I fix it?

 

I would imagine it has something to do with the spoke true and maybe the bearings. I've also heard of guys having front end work done and leaving their spacer behind during the reassembly. Just things to try
