Default race tech valves help

Ok , so i'm trying to get a better ride from my 99 flht ,I ordered the race tech gold valves system , tore the front end off and disassembled it.
To my surprise when putting it back together , the springs stuck out further than what they recommended ,for pre-load . I called race tech ,found out I was to use different springs ,I was planning on using my stock ones ,my bad didn;t do my home work . Anyway had a lowering kit from progressive I had used earlier . The tech from RT said I could use them and cut a spacer to get the right pre-load . GREAT , only now not sure how much fork oil to use ,RT says ,with there springs 160 mm,15wt , since I'm not using there springs and its friday ,can't call tomorrow , does anyone have any advice !!!!
99flht ,98cc,ported heads,Andrews cams ,true duels ,Rineharts .
