Heritage Springer hubcap tool 41494

Anyone out there in Springer-ville got a photo or drawingof a hubcap removal/installation tool? HD number is 41494. Just curious how involved it would be to make one or just bite the bullet and go buy one.

I use a strap style oil filter wrench that I bought at NAPA.
