Preview Not Always Working

Default Preview Not Always Working
I wonder why when I hold the pointer over a post, sometimes it will give a preview of the post and sometimes not. I signed out and signed in but that didn't help. I'm using Windows 7 with IE. Doesn't happen on any other sites.

My IE did the same thing so I started using Mozilla Firefox. Problem cured
