Avatar JPEG to BMP:
What am I missing, finally got the resize thing figured out but everytime I take a JPEG picture and resize it, it gets saved as a BMP extension which is not accepted as an avatar. What am I doing wrong? Thanks.

Try that out, and use the resize2mail option to resize your Avatar.
If you still cant get it to work after 10 min, email me the picture at devilsreject97@aim.com and I'll be happy to resize it for you.
