Is there a way of turning off the IntelliTXT messages associated with underlined words in the text? I know that advertising is the engine that powers the free enterprise system but these message boxes only act as a nuisance until I delete them. Is it something that is loaded on my PC? It seems more intrusive on this forum than anywhere else.

 

As an IT manager I have yet to find an effictive way to eliminate them. There have been several supposed fixes posted on the net but I haven't found any that really work. I've even switched browsers without success.

To turn them off just right click on one of them and then click on the upper right where it says something like "IntelliTXT." Scroll down to the bottom of the page and disable them. They won't come back until you delete your cookies.
