agree with u there ! this i pretty rediculous on mobile.
i dont know if chrome allows plugins on the ipad. look in the appstore for adblock. there are some decent browser like apps that have it built in.

I get them when using my iPad too. When on the big computer software keeps them at bay.

I'm using Dolphin on my iPad and I haven't had pop ups in 6-7 months. But like ads on TV, I never pay any attention to them.
