There we go!!!! I just had my settings wrong. (I did remember to hit 'apply'...just didn't set it so that the avatar I chose was displayed...) Hopefully this helps. ??

 

The last hour for me has been spent trying to get images from ImageShack to hear.not giving up.

I keep getting an "ASP 500" error when I try to upload my new avatar.

 

I've shrunk a picture down to a dot that can't even be seen. Something like 1 Kb and 1X1 pixel and still get the "file too large" message. Right now I have shrunk a file to 7 Kb and 100X100 pixels and get the message "file too large". I though 25 Kb and 145X something or other was the maximum size. Am I missing something here. I don't want someone else to change the Avatar, I want to know the method because I like to change mine on a regular basis.
