why doesn't my avatar show when i post a thread or reply to one? the pic is what i am referring to.

Make sure you "save" when you add a signature pic.

well mine finally worked. not real sure what i did. i thought i was uploading a pic but it said upload failed. then i go to reply to a thread and walah there it is.
