Click the question mark on the box that surrounds the popup. Click the tab that says DISABLE.

This worked for me. (I read it on here.)
If you are using Internet Explorer...
Go to Tools\Internet Options\Security\Restricted Sites and click on Sites.
Add this to the restricted site list: *.us.intellitext.com
Worked for me.
