it must be a virtual garage where you can post pics of your rides and people can coment on them or rate them. this way you can post pics of your cars as well and people can see what kind of gearhead you are. or something like that

The bar up on top: user cp, FAQ, etc has Garage listed.
I searched help, no help.
No notice from the mods, that I can see.
