I just talked with Terry1955 a bit ago around 8:00 p.m. CDST, he is going to talk to the owners first thing tomorrow morning and get a server reboot, and also see if anything has been done recently that could possibly cause any of the problems a few are experiencing.

We don't have a clue to why only a handful of folks are having a problem, as most members are not having a problem, or we are not aware or have not been made aware of any more issues than has been posted here in the issue room.

We do not have any direct contact with any IT folks who work for HDF, we can only pass the info forward to the owners that we receive complaints about here in the issue room.

We will update this thread tomorrow after Terry has talked to the owners.

I see you closed the thread I started before I had a chance to reply. Thanks for the link. Anyway, I can get to the photoshop area, but I CANNOT get the sub forums to open up. They just jump around. All of the sub forums are like that for me. I just want some instuction on how to post pix. That's all.

Not sure what you are calling sub forums in the photoshop forum, see if you can go here this is in the photoshop room, it should cover what you're needing to know. Hope this helps.

OK, I was just informed that IB knows of the problem causing the slowness issue and they are working on it. All the problems addressed here in the Forum Issues Section have been reported to the IT guys at IB.

Again, thanks for the reply. I can get to the main photoshop room, no problem. The problem is: when I click on one of the "how to's" it tries to load, and goes into a loop and will not open.
