I think that my file is to large. I have no idea how to shrink the pictures for use as a sig. Help please.... Thanks.

Don't know what I'm missing. I followed the directions to the letter but my sig pic won't appear. I can see it in the preview, but not in my posts. The pic is like 9kb so it isn't to large. Wonder what I'm missing.
