Default Scale down Picture

I tried to upload a picture of my bike and i received the message upload failed. I went back to check the size and it is 143KB so I assume this is why since limited to 64Kb.

Question, is ther a way for me to scale it down to meet the requirements, if so how. the picture was taken with my iphone if that means anything or not?
Thanks

I found a great program to resize and mark photos. It is Fast Stone Resizer. You can downlaod it free and it is pretty easy to figure out. Here is the link. It has lots of great features and it is free too. Give it a try.
