I see two problems right off the bat:
1-When I followed this link from the Dyna section it opened a new window, however it did not recognize that I had ALREADY logged in and had to log in AGAIN to post this message.
2-Where are all my PMs??? Sent and Inbox are EMPTY!

By 're-do' it do you mean resize it? Mine is currently 290px x 193px, 60.82kb. Is that too big?

I've tried uploading sig picture several times. I'm doing something wrong also. Putting it in where it says Upload Signature Picture, and uploaded one, but nothing shows when I do a preview. All URLs I put in say they are too big, even the 75X100.????
