Been trying to change my signature pic to my new bike but every time it says upload failed. I have reduced the pic to below what they want but still can't get it to go. Have changed my edit options from basic to the enhanced but still can't get it. Can someone please help me out on this.

Yes but can't it to load up. How is it done? Following instructions

 

Fudge........ she's a beautiful bike..... dang. I did mine under the user control panel. top right of the screen is your name, you have a pull down tab, select user control panel. That should pop up, on the left side of the screen you will have options to change this and that. signature and picture. thats how I did it.... you may already know this, in that case, im not sure what to do next.......

When you changed the options, did you go down to the bottom of the page and click SAVE? It's easy to forget.

 

Yes I've done that. It lets me choose from file, then I click save and then the next screen comes up saying download failed.


Thank you. No not a CVO. Blue and Limited that I've made a few changes to. Only thing CVO is seat and back end.

I've tried everything you've suggested but just says upload failed.

 

I assume your megapixel is set too high on your camera/phone. Try lowering the quality in your phone settings. Then it should load fine.

 

I've got it down to 150kb now so can't get much smaller

 

Wow ghost, every time I look at it I know mine could look like that......top notch mods..... I'd like to keep my limited for 3 years, then I will buy my CVO. I've got one more bike, then I'm done
