Does K&N make a filter to fit the Ness Big Sucker? 05 FLHT/carb. Part #?

 

I believe this will give you the info you need, just verify it and let me know if it's correct . It should be the same filter for the stage 1 set up and the bigsucker setup . I've compared the dimentions for both. https://www.hdforums.com/m_67662/tm.htm

K&N makes a filter element for the Big Sucker, and it is exactly the same deminisions as the filter for the Screamin Eagle. We opened one of each up at the HD shop and made a comparison. I don't know the part number, but I will get it the next time I'm at the shop.

There is a Stage II 8" with 20% more CFM flow over the stage I available from Ness.

 

I just put a Ness Big Sucker on my '05 FXDC two days ago. The K&N filter is standard on both the Big Sucker and the Big Sucker 2.

 

you can get either stage 1or 2 filter from arlens web site for about 50bucks

Just remember, with the Stage 2, you can't use your stock cover.

 

But the chrome round 8" nostalgia cover works fine

Zippers has a replacement also in the standard size and 1 " taller than stock, I'm working on this now with K&N and zippers, will let you all know about the part numbers as soon as I hear from them. I'm trying to get a complete listing for ALL the bikes. Lets see what they say and as a sponsor they should give us the inside poop!
