Default Replacing Rinehart TD's with SE 65115-98B's

Have 06 Ultra Classic with Rinehart td's which are just too loud, I want something that sounds like a Harley but not quite so loud. I have found a set of the older SE slipon's 65115-98B's at the local dealer for a great price. Will I be happy???

Yes you will. They are a pleasant rumble. I have the Supertrapp SE's which are the exact same muff as the 65115-98B's and love them.

well just completed the switch-a-roo and couldn't be happier. The 65115-98b's have just the right tone and loudness.
May have a local buyer for the TD's. If not I'll put them up for sale here.

Did you change your duals back to stock headers with 65115 slipons or did you have the Rinehart headers/slip-ons and now have the 65115's on for mufflers w/Rinehart headers?

[sm=WTFsgign.gif]I'm confused, but I do get that way sometimes.

Sorry for the confusion. Replaced the complete Rinehart TD headers and mufflers with the stock headers and 65115-98b slipons.

been running the 65115-98b's on my 06RK andlove the knocky kind of rumble. I tried a set of Pythons butI don't think my neighbors of LEO's liked them.

going to an 08 UC and thinking wheterh to change toa RH Bub 7 system (everyone around me has the regular black tip RH's), or maybe V&H headers and running my SE's. My question with them is how long I can keep getting someone to sticker them.

wondering ifGPERSHALL went back to the stock headers for better low end??
thanks

I also had the Rineharts on my dresser and thought they where too loud,my SE pipes would not fit the rinehart header,so I called around and found that Rush makes replacement mufflers to fit Rinehart head pipes with smaller baffles. I did not see this on their web site though. Just some FYI
