I use Copper Nuts on all my exhaust to head stud bolts, Double them up and lock them down. Not coming off unless you want to, and then they are a breeze.

Default V&H High Out Put Duals

Love em!

Best add since cams, polished and ported heads. Crisp, deep and works through all power ranges with authority. Yes I had it dyna tuned with a race tuner as well. Gas Mileage is where I expected it to be.

Everyone that hears them states it sounds better than the "Fatshots" so ...

Besides, the better half wanted V&H.. so how could I refuse...

Ride to have FUN!

Pretty simple install fit everything loose, then tighten everything up!

So another data point:

The Dresser Duals with the Monster Rounds but WITHOUT baffles was way too loud, sounded ridiculous. Lost some torque.

BUT WITH the baffles, too muted/quiet. So the ideal resolution was removing the fiberglass wrap but keeping the baffles - Perfect!

The Power duals take the flat exhaust gaskets so Don't use the tapered ones. EasternPc said they need tapered and not thinking I installed them first and had 2 bad leaks at the head. Disassembled everything to find out they don't fit the end of the pipe.
Went with the flat ones that came with the pipes and all is good.
