Can someone tell me what the rubber mount piece is called in pics it is shrunk and let's pipe rattle when bike is moving?Also does it matter that it has rineharts or is it specific to bike?2008 FLHTC rinehart duals

 

It's called a rubber mount. You can get new ones from HD #65724-85 (from an 03 parts book but doubt they changed), or do what I do; get some hard rubber gasket material from Ace hardware, cut and shim.
