Can I put 96" jugs and piston off a 2010 on my 2002 88" can this work with just a gasket kit?

No, The 2010 motor had 4.38" stroke pistons. 2002 has a 4.00" stroke and its own corresponding pistons.

Wrist pin location in the 96" piston is not compatable with the 4" stroke in the 88" engine.
Largest you can go is 98" via boring your existing cylinders.
