Default Front Cyl always richer- 2011 Sportster

Hi Gang,
I have a 2011 Forty-eight with mods listed in my sig. A little History: In stock trim the bike had bad light throttle surging and worse after the mods. IED's helped but didnt totally eliminate it so I went with FuelMoto's Micro EFI eliminating the O2 Sensors and it runs much better. I have been trying different canned tunes. One thing I have noticed on Every canned tune is that the rear cyl seems fine on exhaust pipe color and plug color but the Front Cyl is very rich. I have checked and double checked for any intake or exhaust leaks on Front and rear and none are found. Right now I have a really good Map from Fuel Moto that the bike runs best on, MPG is down 2-3 mpg and the Front Cyl is noticeably richer. After 50 - 60 miles the exhaust tip is Black on the front, with just a slight residue on the rear.
To equal the two Exhaust and Plugs I end up pulling about 8-10% of fuel from the Front Cyl.

Any Thoughts or Comments ??
Thanks

Question on Tuning approach.
If it seems my front cyl is always richer, no matter what map I try, Should I take the best Map and pull 5% or so across the whole table to start ?
Thanks

The front cylinder usually takes more fuel on most of the maps that I have made or seen with my auto tune.

You could take some out of the front cylinder. Ride it and see how it goes. if you get any popping keep a eye on the RPM's and the throttle positioning so that you can increase the fuel in that area of the map. I used a zip tie on the grip and then marked the housing wide open, 1/2 way and so on to help.

Save the original settings to a excel file so you can easily go back if you want to.
