I have a 2014 heritage I had the dealer install V&H slip ons when I bought it.. I am still breaking in the bike. But plan on doing a stage 1 at a 1000 miles. I have a question about the active exhaust. What is it for ?? My guess is for the EPA. How does it work? Does it hurt performance. Also when they do a stage one do they disable it??? Or is it no big deal.. Just trying to learn as much as I can. I have stopped believing everything a mechanic says with my last bike. Tia Swifty
