I just talked to Brad in the Warranty Dept. and he took my info and asked that I fax a copy of my receipt and they'd ship me a new pair ASAP. They did ask for a credit card number in case I didn't return the old ones within 30 daysbut other than that no hassles....now that's good customer service in my book.
