Default Stage 4 103" OVERHEATING!! What works to cool it down?

Put a Stage 4 kit in my 2012 FLTRU, works awesome when not in town. Already put a 2009 non cat header on it, which helped with the HP too, but the heads still run hot. Thought about a bigger oil cooler, but think you'd need a better pump to go with it. Also have the Baker +1.5 on the bike since brand new. Any amount of time in stop and go traffic, or just riding in town, the temperature soars-- I have the oil temp gauge in place of my air temp. Thought about cooling fans, even thought about getting the Twin Cool MVA heads and cooling system on my bike, but hear they're having issues with them as well.

Any suggestions appreciated!!!!

Jason's fans with your cooler will help; the oil cooler works on the road and the fans work when in stop and go traffic. Unfortuantely, the reality of the situation is that an air cooled, performance modded, vtwin is going to run hotter in stop and go traffic than it will on the highway.
