Default Cant get My Slip-ons OFF!!!!!

Looking for any suggestions one how I can get my Rineharts of and V&H on.

I have a 2013 CVO Road Glide custom that I had V&H Dressers Duals and Rinehart 4" slip-on. Long story Short, I don't like the sound of them and want to change to V&H Hi Outputs

I just git this bike the end of may and had the pipes and mufflers installed the middle of June, so I figured they would come right off, not No, but HELL NO!!!!!

Unbolted the right side and tried to twist and pull it off, Not Possible!!!! Ran the bike to get it hot, still NOT POSSIBLE!!! ran to Lowes and bought a 4' long wooden dowel rod that is mage for closets, ran the bike to get it nice and hot and while running inserted the wooden dowel up the muffler and tried using to for leverage the rock the pipe up and and back, and still NOT F@%&ING possible.

It looks as though the dealer used some goop when they put it together I assume to keep it from leaking, but you would think they tack welded it. I even tried a flat head screw driver and hammer and it would not move. Trying to keep from damaging them because I am selling them to a friend

Any suggestions on what will loosen the crap up or something would be helpful.

Thanks is Advance!!
TC

WD40 and move side to side while pulling out.

Also, you probably already did this, but there is a muffler clamp on each one.

Get a piece of wood and a hammer and hit the edge of the muffler where it is over the headpipe , back, alternate hits between top and bottom. A little WD 40 won't hurt either.
