SE Slip ons / Which one?

SE Slip ons / Which one?
Interested in the SE slip ons for two reasons, lower cost and low noise volume. Plan to keep my bike stock, but want to add new breather and slip on.
Which one is the better performing slip on for low end torque?
1. SE Fatshots 2>2 slip on
2. SE Nightstick 2>2 slip on
3. I'm also considering the modified 2>1 SE Nightstick. This should provide the most torque...
Why is the former slip on $70 less than the latter slip on? They look very similar... One has an open end cap and the other does not.
