So, where is the new supplier located? Mexico? China? India?
Apparently, there is an issue with the valve spring assembly; top collar to stem seal is five thou LESS than the valve lift with the 259 cams that come with the kit. I was not aware until I started checking but the spring seat pressure for the 259 cams is in excess of 200#.
So, two things I would do if I were you. If the dealer is installing, insist that the top collar to stem dimension be checked and corrected prior to installation. I would also insist on a valve spring change, back to OEM beehives. The heavy seat pressure is going to be noisy and is not really required unless you are a drag racer. If you want a little more seat pressure than the OEM beehives provide you could shim the springs.

Thanks for the info!
Are these the problems with the old kit??? Do you know if it is corrected on the new one?
I have no idea where they are made.

Don't know for sure but think the problem has been around for a while; no fix yet. I would still check and look for a tech bulletin.
