SERT part#32107-01F is obsolete, and the dealers don't know when the next version will be out.


Does anybody here know when it will be released?


I want to get my bike tuned.

 

Maybe the EPA stepped in?

 

I think it has something to do with recalibration of the ECM on the '07 models.

 

Have heard from my Australian dealer that the next revision (G) will be released around the start of March 2007. My dealers advice was that the (F) product has been pulled from international sale as it failed to correctly adjust for the new emission control machinery. The dealer wasn't able to tell me if that means the (F) SERT ignores the ECM emission requirements and maps rich, or whether it ignores the new emissions hardware and doesn't map correctly. They also said the problem applies largely to bikes being shipped internationally, but they don't know how it applies.... so not really much help there.

As I'm having an (F) version installed in about 14 days (had it shipped out from the USA) I'd be very keen to hear from anyone who has the full story... don't want to damage my new Deuce if there is a problem with product

 

THe tuner always lists as pending obsolete because it is always going to have a future version. Many dealers simply don't understand that

The letter designator is in reference to the software that comes with the SERT.

The hardware has not changed. I bought a 32107-01D and bought the G software ($19.95) to go with it.
