Ok heres an on question. I love the sound of loud bikes like most bikers. But If I'm going on a very long trip I would rather have it quiet. Is there pipes out there were I can insert baffles when going on long trips but leave them out when cruising around my area

 

the only one I know of is the supertrapp 2into1 exhaust. the others make quiet core baffles, all it will do is take the sharpness out of the sound . they will have a deeper tone but they are still loud. drops it a couple decibels. I have heard a few supertrapp systems they are conversably quieter. there are some riders on here that should have some input on that exhaust system.

 

Drag pipes have baffles too. BUT, I dont know if you change the back pressure like that back and forth, if you gota keep adjusting the carb..or if its efi, changing the computer..
