I just got my 04 fatboy with a tc88 rebuilt with a 95 kit. It's basically an S&S 95 hot set up heads, pistons, 10.8 comp...etc. my builder advised me to try the Tman 590 cams which we did. I added a mikuni 45 with a SE manifold, DTT ignition, Arlen Ness big sucker 2, Bassani 2/1 exhaust, pingel petcock, ultra cool oil cooler, .

The bike starts and runs well but just doesn't seem to have the power I thought it should. I will have it dynoed soon, I was hoping for 105tq and 105hp. It feels like much less, maybe 85-90 or so. I'm not able to drop my buddy on his 2013 road glide on the roll, he has a stage 1 103. I can kill him from a standstill but on a roll he gives me fits. Are my expectations off. Any advice would be appreciated.

 

With that many changes there is no way you should be judging it until you have it dynoed! Be patient, get some miles under it's wheels and see what it is like after the dyno.

 

with stock,untouched S&S heads,you should be very close if not just above 100HP(tuned).get your heads massaged and 110-115 can be had(once again,tuned),we`ve got some pretty serious air thru S&S castings

 

That T-Man cam has the ability with a good set of heads to show 15-18 more hp than the cubic inch, in that engine.
Get a tune-up on it, and see if your happy............
