Default Stock FLHTC baffle question

New user here and searched to the end of google and can't seem to find an answer. I have a (new to me) 02 FLHTC that appeared pretty much stock until I found a Ness big sucker hidden under the football intake cover. (Mixture screw access plug also removed so at least it's dialed in-hopefully). So then I decided to check the cans. Exterior looks stock but I noticed the right baffle appears to run the whole length of the can while the left baffle goes in about 5 inches and pinches off in a cross pattern with approx 10 peanut sized holes in the tube. I've seen this set up from American Custom but these are not removable from the exhaust tip. My question is-has this type of exhaust/baffle setup ever come stock from the factory? Or should I assume the cans were customized? It's runs great by the way. Fires up, idles smooth and great throttle response-no popping after revving. Good sound too. Nice little rumble but definitely neighborhood friendly. Thanks. Oh and pulled the rear plug, a touch on the rich side but nothing too concerning.
