Default CV carb tuning advice with New A/C

I just put a DK Customs Outlaw A/C and breather system on my Sporty. Looks awsome. Didn't get to tune the carb properly as it started rainin. I adjusted the fuel/air mix screw on the bottom of the carb all the way in then brought it back out about 2 1/8 turns. Am I in the ballpark? The bike is an 06 883L. I appreciate your input. Oh Yeah. I have a #44 idle and a #175 main in there now. Thanks !!!

Yeah, I have my girlfriends bike set at exactly that, but I have her slow jet at 45. Runs real good

For some good tuning tips for the CV carb, see the following link: www.nightrider.com. And click on Motorcycle Perfomance Guide.

I'd suggest backing the air/idle screw out to 2 1/2-3 turns.

I turned the mix screw back in till it seated then back out about 2 1/8 ( roughly) turns as per the CV Performance paperwork I got with my tuner kit last year. Hit it right on the head. I appreciate everyone's input. Good to know I was in the ball park. Ol Sporty is runnin better than she ever has. Thanks again !!!
