I purchased a set of QQ Thunder Monster Baffles too suit my Screamin Eagle Slip on mufflers. These can be seen on Page 457 of the 2013 Harley Davidson Genuine Motor Parts and Accessories Catalogue. B Street Performance Mufflers - Dyan Staggered Duel Part number 80674-08A Chrome with Black End Caps.
The problem is that the QQ Thunder Monster Baffles that where supplied match the same outer diameter of the mufflers. I think it was 80mm or 3 5/16" ? Is it possible too obtain a Baffle that is slightly smaller in the outside Diameter?

Has anyone out there fitted a set of these baffles into the said mufflers? Not easy too remove the stock baffles and just as hard too replace them once they have been used.

These are fitted to a 2013 Dyna Fat Bob
