Auto zone or the likes will loan or rent for small fee. Blind bearing puller is what you need. I bought one from eBay for $60.
For new bearings you put in freezer over night and use old cams with wooden mallet, lots of prelube and tap until they don't go anymore. Worked for me

Managed to find a puller at AutoZone, some have them and some dont, the bearings are almost too big for one and to small for the largest, but hit it at just the right angle and out they came! New inner bearings are in the freezer waiting until I can get my old cams pressed out and new ones pressed in...

Cams in freezer overnight, bearings in oven at 300* for 20 or 30 minutes; bearings will drop right on to the cams. Let everything cool.
Cams with bearings in freezer overnight; cam plate in oven same as above. Cam bearings will drop right in to the cam plate. Two cautionary notes:
1. make sure you have the timing dots marked and aligned when you drop the cam assembly into the cam plate, if not aligned, pull them out before everything cools and you have to press the bearings out.
2. Remove the plug from the top of the cam plate; it has an o-ring that will melt in the oven if you forget to remove it.
Of course, assembly lube on everything. Open the link and go to the 1550 BB/SS 510 Cam install. It is a photo documented step by step how to.
