Default exhaust chirp after 95" big bore with ported heads

after my build weird high pitch chirp out the back of the pipes (23 miles on new build)

does not matter what exhaust is on there still make the same annoying noise.
no exhaust or head gasket leaks.
Def from the rear of the pipe when i muffle it with a towel the noise get muffled too,

anyone else ever run into this after having heads ported?

Can you give me a quote to have my old heads ported and polished?
95" big bore.
Veetwin racing did my heads and they were not polished after porting.
maybe when I get some carbon buildup it will get better
the exhaust ports were ported but i noticed they were chunky and rough.
Exhaust gas revision due to non polishing.

On my 88 Flhtc the chirp was the rubber mounts on the rear of the exhaust. Spray them with lube before you get into things.

I've had the same thing too...A 2 into 1 exhaust cured it!

Which exhaust gaskets did you use? Flat or tapered?

you got our 1.900 SERDI street port,it involves machining heads for 1.900/1.615 valves, port matching & a SERDI valve job, this is NOT a full port job & not advertised as one,no polishing or port conturing.to get that you should have got our stage II headwork
