Default Bike will not start

I just placed my OEM tank with the stretched tank. I added about 1.5 gallons of fuel and the bike started right up. I shut it off, 30 minutes later went to try to start the bike, the bike will not start. The fuel light is still on. Any thoughts. I am puzzled because it cranked right up the first time. HELP!!!

Does the fuel pump buzz. Does it have a security system? Is it cranking over?

Did you turn the fuel on?

No security system, yes the fuel pump is buzzing, and yes it sounds like it wants to crank but will not turn over

Check your battery cables. I assume you un hooked them before the swap.

I will check the battery cables, everything else works. Whats confusing is the fact that it turned over immediately after the swap and it ran for about 2 minutes before i cut it off. The fuel light is still on, do I need more gas you think. It has about 1.5 gallons in it

Plenty of fuel. If it was on the kick stand when you turned the ignition on the fuel sender will put the low fuel light on. If you turn it off and straighten her upright then turn the ign on the fule light wont come on.
