You sound like an idiot to me. Sueing because you made a pass that was so close that you had to ditch because the bike burped? IF the dealer did screw up the bike, have them fix it and move on. Quit trying to blame the world for your mistakes and quit trying to make money by thinking up ways to sue people for stupid crap. Why don't you sue McDonalds for making you fat, or better yet sue your parents for making you stupid. Be a man for god's sake!

I've had many failed passes...
You think you have time... you realize you don't.
Normally you grab the brake, slow down and get back over.
I can understand your frustration, but some responsibility has to be on the rider.
Also, I see you did air cleaner and pipes, but when did you tune it to handle the leaner condition.
I'm not usually this harsh, but I hate lawsuits because we feel the man can afford it.
