Default Best place to buy OEM HD parts?

I need to buy some replacement lifters, and my local HD dealer is a joke.

What's the best (ie cheapest) place to buy stock HD parts? I'm also going to need the inner cam bearing, rocker cover gaskets, etc. etc.

WWW.ZANOTTIMOTOR.COM Ask for Tim. They have a parts look up on there web page if you know the part #. They are at least 20% and most of the time more off. Just ordered $1500 worth of engine parts from them. Good peopleto work with to. Only catch is shipping. You need to order a lot at a time. I t cost only a few bucks more to order heads, cylinders, push rods, lifters ect than to just order pistons like I was originaly.

Try Chicago Harley-Davison at www.chicagoharley.com/ Prices are 20% off MSRP and shipping for a small order is reasonable.

I, too, am looking for lifters. J&P Cycles offers V- Thunder lifters at a reasonable price. They are American made. Does anyone know of the quality of this brand?

Thanks for all the replies! Zanotti's appears to be the cheapest by quite a bit, but they geta little bit back on the shipping...

On a side note, does anyone know if any HD dealers take Chrome Cash for online or over the phone sales? I kind of doubt it, but thought I'd check...

Don't know about v-thunder but for new lifters the HD "b" lifters are fine for all but the most insane builds and a whole lot cheaper. Part #18538-99B

The 99b is for a Twin Cam which is what QT Hush has. I wouldn't begain to tell you what you need as I have never fooled with an Evo. However Zanotti look up will tell you if it is a lifter #. With the Twin Cam the "b"'s are a very dependable lifer and many builders use them as they are as reliable as many of the other brands and cost much less $76.64 for 4 from Zanotti. Not to say some of the other brands are not goodbut why pay more if you do not have to? With your Evo some of the other brands may be much better. I have no idea if the "b"will fit yours but I would tend to doubt it. But again just a guess.

Thanks for the reply, that's what I figured. For some reason, the HD lifters are a bit pricier for the EVO (not sure why), but they're still much cheaper than any aftermarket ones I've seen...
