I don't believe there is a direct correlation. Volumetric Efficiency is the percentage of air flow through the cylinder in comparison to it's physical volume. You need to get VE's accurate first and then start managing your desired Air Fuel Ratio. What problem are you trying to solve?

Two differant measurments. VE is air volumn efficiency and AFR is air to fuel ratio. The VE tables show you how much air is moving through the heads at the differant rpms and throttle positions. The AFR tables show the desired air fuel ratio.
