Unfortunate for me that I missed a sweet deal from a forum member on some 65115-98B's so I went ahead and bit the bullet and bought brand new SuperTrapp SE SO's from fuel moto. Jamie hooked me up. The new Supertrapp SE are the EXACT same muffler as Screaming eagle 65115-98B's without the EPA friendly garbage.

Should be here next week. I'm stoked.

Supertrapp/Kerker/SE-II are all the same muffler.....

Just installed the Kerkers on my '06 and have done about 10 miles or so here in 30-40F temps near Chicago. Couldn't wait for my dyno guy any longer and just went ahead and installed all the parts and a canned map. So far so good [or maybe it's just I'm not too picky...]

2006 FLHTI w/25 degree injectors from the factory
V&H True Duals
Kerker/SE-II style mufflers
Arlen Ness Big Sucker I
PC-III w/stock ECM

807-237 2006 *advanced map* V&H True Dual headers, SE slip-ons, SE air filter, stock ECM, REV extend enabled

Kerker, HDs SE & the Supertrapp SEs are basically the same and share interchangeable end caps.

Hot Bike Bagger mag, Mar/Apr 07 edition did a 9 muffler dyno & noise comparison. They added a SE Aircleaner & Stage 1 ECM upgrade. No specific details were given as to what the ECM upgrade was. It was noted that a dyno tune should produce better results.

Stock 07 motor & exhaust
HP - 67.23 @ 5250 rpm
TQ - 81.98 @ 3500 rpm
Loudness - 93 dB

The Supertrapp SEs:
No. 2 inHP: 75.12 HP @ 5500 rpm
No. 1 in TQ: 90.24TQ @ 3500 rpm.
Loudness - 94.5 dB

It showed that louder pipes do not always produce the best HP/TQ numbers.

I have a set of these Supertrapps & a V&H Fuelpak on order. Should be installed within a week.

I put the SuperTrapp SE on my 06 had the D&D Police Interceptor on before. They are a little quieter than the D&D. I put the Fullsac headpipe on when I had the D&D on and it makes the mufflers a little louder and the SE are a little louder than they would be running the stock headpipes. Can't tell any seat of the pants difference between the two.
My son just put Rinehart Tru Duals with mufflers on his 07 and I think his is not as loud as mine crusing but when he gets on it his are louder and they have thatdeep sound. Damn I getting two many sets of mufflers around guess I need to put em up for sale.
