RE: stock o6 heads
Here is the Dyno I had done on my bike this past summer after I had the 95" with TW37 cams put in it. I tossed around getting a set of heads ported and decided to see what I got with the stock heads. At the time of the Dyno I was using the SE 65115-98B mufflers on factory head pipes. I told the tuner not to kill the gas mileage so I'm sure I left some on the table.

Mine looks almost the same as yours.
95", 204, 10.25:1 cast pistons, air cleaner, SEII slip ons. SERT tuned. All SE parts on a new engine. Heads untouched. Lots of fun to ride at high altitude. Still gets 42mpg.

Nothing wrong with the 204 cam, if I wouldn't have wanted to go gear drive I would have went with the 204 cam. My dad had a 95" 204 cam build with flat tops done and he loves it. I road it andif feels likehis made more on the bottom end than mine. I decided to try and get some more on the bottom by advancing my cams a couple degrees and going with the 2:1 Supermeg, won't know how I made out until this spring.
