FXDL with Screamin Eagle/K&N Air filter

I have a 06 FXDL with a Power Commander module.

If I replace the stock air cleaner/kit with the Screamin Eagle backplate and a K&N HD-800 air filter will I need to remap the chip due to increased air flow resulting in a lean mixture?

yes, without the remap you will be running leaner than before.
