I have the model # 2002 for my 06 fxst. It is a carbed bike so no remap. I did go from a stage 1 K&N to the D&M spear intake but still did not have to rejet.

Are you adding baffles to gain back low end power or just to quiet the exhaust some?
My reason was to quiet the exhaust. I had no problems with the power output without the baffles.
I just put Khrome Werks HP drag pipe baffles in my Samson,Rip Saw drag pipes and I couldn't see the justification to re-tune.
The Thunder baffles don't add hardly any exhaust restriction. All theyadd is a pipe reducer and lollipop to each pipe, if we are talking about the same baffles. You can make a set yourself, if you follow the posted directions at the top of this forum under How to drag pipes.
